Summerwind Lodge has room for four trucks and four sled trailers. Dish network for all the football games. Peace and quiet in the forest with lots of room for kids to play inside and outside- cabin is on almost three acres of privacy. Enjoy seeing moose, deer or elk walking past the big meadow in front of the wall of windows. Nice relaxtion zone in lower level, with pool table, tv, beverage fridge, hot tub on patio, infared sauna.

SIX BEDROOMS-each bedroom is a real bedroom with a door that locks, window which opens and a closet. In addition to the six bedrooms there is a loft with two queen beds and a family room with two queen size hideabeds.
-FOUR BATHROOMS- this cabin has two 40 gallon water heaters so everybody can have a hot shower. Two bathrooms have tubs and two have showers.
-Main floor-two bedrooms-each has one queen, two bathrooms on this level. One of these bathrooms is ensuite. The other bathroom is accessed off the hallway.
-Upstairs-two bedrooms, each has one queen, loft with two queens, one bathroom on this level. This bathroom is ensuite for the master bedroom and has a soaker tub.
-Downstairs-two bedrooms-one bedroom has a king, other bedroom has two queens, family room with two hideabeds, one bathroom on this level. The bathroom is off the hallway and is accessible by everyone on this level.
-Laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use-detergent is provided-ironing board and iron

The Arrowwood HOA does not allow any RV’s, Campers, travel trailers or tents in our subdivision.
No motorized vehicles off road at anytime on the lot of the cabin, on lots of neighbors cabins, or common area or off road anywhere in the Arrowwood Subdivison. Please be respectful of the rules. There is a $300 fine charged for any off road riding at anytime. The subdivison is monitored by a board member of the HOA who lives in his cabin all year and drives around the subdivison several times a day.
The maximum number allowed in Summerwind Lodge day or night including all children/babies is 20 guests.
We are licensed and have passed inspection by Fremont County. Our permit is posted at the cabin and we are in full compliance with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, safety railing and well water purity testing. Maximum occupancy of this cabin is 20 guests including all children/infants.
