There are 20 beds in 2 buildings, plus 2 large garages. Additional bedrooms could be built above the 4-stall garage overlooking the river.
The land includes both sides of the river, which is the first privately held parcel coming from the Teton National Forest and Yellowstone National Park. All of the buildings are grandfathered under old County rules. Any new construction in Fremont County must be built no closer than 75 feet to the river. At this point the river is 120 feet wide and is very fishable. The views are fully protected with no additional home sites built upstream. There are 2 kitchens, one primarily for breakfast and lite meals located with the suites and the other a newly built gourmet delight in the main lodge. The property includes pool and Ping-Pong tables, Jacuzzi, horseshoe pit, and a privately stocked fishing pond. There are plenty of amenities on the property with hiking trails, snowmobile access, and hunting nearby. It’s just about everything that Idaho has to offer plus irreplaceable privacy.
