Community Park covers 8.2 acre area. It is unique in that the park is adjacent to Madison High School baseball fields. Community Park is especially designed for athletic events.

The Idaho Falls Community Park features picnic areas, a playground and a covered shelter, as well as public restrooms. Also located in the park are 4 softball fields and 2 soccer fields, along with a walking path.
Amenities & Guidelines
Please deposit all trash in the receptacles provided. If trash receptacles are full, trash is to be removed from the park BY the event organizer. Additional fees may be charged for debris or damages to the park. Large events may be required to rent additional trash receptacles at organizers expense. Help keep it clean!
The Riverwalk aka Greenbelt in Idaho Falls along the Snake River is available for special event use (fun runs, walks, rallies). A special event application and map must be submitted to identify the route of the events. Tape, paint, and adhesive directional arrows are prohibited.
A Vendor is an individual, sponsor, or group advertising, selling or giving away services. Event organizers are charged $50 for the first ten (10) vendors and $100 for 11+ vendors. If food or beverage products are being served/sold during an event, organizers are responsible for obtaining proper permits from the City of Idaho Falls and other agencies.
Water amenities such as commercial misters, dunk tanks, water slides, kiddie pools, etc. are NOT permitted in city parks. Depositing ice and any grey or waste water on the grass, sidewalks, in waste receptacles, dumpsters, city planters, gutters, or in the street drainage system is NOT permitted.
Parking is only allowed in designated parking spaces, Any other parking areas must get permission from Idaho Falls Parks and Rec. BEFORE event.
Park restrooms are operated on a seasonal basis. Large events may be required to rent additional restroom facilities at the organizers expense.
